Welcome to PV Verify. By accessing or using our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
1.2 Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
2.1 Our Property: The Services, including but not limited to software, code, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of PV Verify and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2.2 Your Data: You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the data you submit to the Services ("User Data"). You grant PV Verify a limited, non-exclusive license to use, copy, transmit, and display User Data solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PV VERIFY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PV VERIFY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PV VERIFY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PV VERIFY FOR THE SERVICES IN THE LAST TWELVE MONTHS.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oslo, Norway.
